What types of manicures does Nail Jolly offer?
We specialize in nail design, offering both polish and gel manicures. We also offer classic single-color manicures with a curated selection of indie and elevated brands.

How long do your manicures typically last?
The longevity of your manicure depends on the type of service you choose. Our polish manicures usually last 5-7 days, while our gel manicures can last up to 4 weeks with proper care and maintenance.

Do you offer any additional services besides manicures?
In addition to our signature manicures, we also offer pedicures, hand and foot treatments, and waxing services. Please check our SERVICES page for a full list of our offerings.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and mobile payment options such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. We do not accept checks.

Where can I find inspiration for my manicure?
Browse our FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, and color theory guide for inspiration. Our talented artists will help you navigate our lookbook, choosing colors that best suit your skin tone, lifestyle, and occasion.

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we offer gift cards that can be purchased in-store or online. Our gift cards make the perfect present for any occasion, and they can be redeemed for any of our services.

What is your policy on nail art designs?
We love creating unique and personalized nail art designs for our clients. However, please keep in mind that intricate designs may require additional time and may be subject to an additional fee. We recommend discussing your desired design with your nail artist beforehand to ensure we can accommodate your request within your scheduled appointment time.

What if I arrive late for my appointment?
Please arrive on time or five minutes early to check out our nail design lookbook. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we cannot guarantee your appointment. We encourage you to browse our seasonal menu prior to your appointment to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

 

What is your cancellation policy?


Individual Appointments
If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us by 8 PM the evening before your scheduled time. You can easily cancel your appointment by sending us a message via WhatsApp at 6131 6352.

In the event that you do not cancel within this timeframe, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of your scheduled service will be charged. If you fail to cancel and do not show up for your appointment, you will be responsible for the full cost of the scheduled service.

Group Appointments (4 or more)
For group appointments of four or more clients, we kindly ask that you inform us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or modify your reservation.

Groups of four or more who cancel without providing the required notice or fail to attend their scheduled appointment will be charged the full price of the originally scheduled services.

Can I host an event at Nail Jolly?
Yes, we do host private events at Nail Jolly. Please email us at contact@nailjolly.com to speak with an events coordinator regarding in-studio or off-site events.

How do I book a group appointment?
To book manicures for parties of four or more, please email us at contact@nailjolly.com. Let us know the occasion so we can help you celebrate!
