CANCELLATION POLICY

At Nail Jolly, we understand that plans can change. However, to ensure that we can accommodate all of our clients and maintain a smooth operation, we have the following cancellation policy in place:

Individual Appointments
If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us by 8 PM the evening before your scheduled time. You can easily cancel your appointment by sending us a message via WhatsApp at +852 6131 6352.

In the event that you do not cancel within this timeframe, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of your scheduled service will be charged. If you fail to cancel and do not show up for your appointment, you will be responsible for the full cost of the scheduled service.

 

Group Appointments (4 or more)
For group appointments of four or more clients, we kindly ask that you inform us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or modify your reservation.

Groups of four or more who cancel without providing the required notice or fail to attend their scheduled appointment will be charged the full price of the originally scheduled services.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy. This allows us to maintain a high level of service for all of our valued clients.
